• If you are offered a lot, a developer’s agreement will be sent for you to sign to hold the lot of your choice. You will have one year from the date on the developer’s agreement to complete your home. You will be responsible for securing the financing necessary to build your new home.

• The home must be built to residential design standards no less then 950 sq ft.

• The home must be on a basement or crawl space foundation.
